Training is offered to 3 employees or less. Depending on the trainer and trainee schedules, we typically will train in two days or spread out throughout the week in shorter sessions. Training is also based on experience. All trainees should have some basic billing system knowledge.
Pricing is based on the number of providers or by number of charges. Also, once you hit a certain number of providers or charges, the pricing will decrease at each tier level.
Our software runs on both cloud and windows server options. It needs a public facing IIS windows server and Microsoft SQL server that can be configured in multiple different ways. There is not a single set requirements.
Prior to any updates, we will send an e-mail describing the update and when it will be performed. Most updates will be performed overnight and will not cause any interruption to the client.
Yes! We have many custom interfaces with other companies. If there is a specific company you are interested in (payment, clearinghouse, etc), please contact us, and we will be happy to look into it further for you.
Yes! We offer some basic set options which you can view on our pricing page, while also offering customized options to fit your needs. Please contact us for further pricing options.
Private Label is a way for you to re-brand and market the system as your own. This is a customized option that we would be happy to discuss further with you.
